A few ways to make the handover smooth:

• Send it to a trusted friend: This keeps the surprise intact if you live with your partner.

• Let the venue know:  For a restaurant or hotel, tell the team when the bouquet will arrive so they can keep it somewhere cool.

• Choose your time slot: Standard slots run through the day and a specific two-hour window is available for an extra $30 if timing is tight. This is not available during peak periods such as Valentine’s Day.

• Plan who holds it: A large bouquet and a ring box are hard to manage at once, so ask a friend or staff member to bring the flowers out just after the question.

We confirm all details before dispatch and delivery is free across Singapore for most addresses. A small fee of $15 to $25 applies to Sentosa, Changi Airport, Tuas and The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands.

Proposals can come together quickly and we are set up for that. Order by 3:30 PM (Mon to Sat) or 9:00 AM (Sundays and public holidays) for same-day delivery. Please allow at least three hours for preparation before your delivery slot.

That said, a little notice makes everything calmer. Ordering a few days ahead gives you time to:

• Decide where the bouquet will wait

Please review your order details carefully before you confirm, as changes may not be possible once a same-day order is placed. If your date falls near Valentine’s Day or another peak period, book earlier than you think you need to.
